1. Use of Your Personal Information

1.1 When you use this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computers or otherwise. We will use this data to fulfil our agreement with you.

1.2 We may use information that you provide or that is obtained by us: To administer our web site services, for assessment and analysis (e.g. market, customer/patient and product analysis) to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and to enable us to provide you and other customers with relevant information through our marketing programme. We may use your information to make decisions about you using computerised technology, for example automatically selecting products or services which we think will interest you from the information we have. Club Rules

In order to ensure that The Maltings Q Club remains a safe, friendly and regulated environment, all members must be aware of and abide by the following rules. Failure to adhere to these rules may lead to suspension of membership.

GENERAL

1. Members of any age are welcome at the Maltings Q Club.

2. We expect our members to be courteous and respectful towards our staff and other members at all times.

3. The Maltings Q Club accepts no responsibility for any loss or injury to members or to their property sustained on the premises.

4. The Maltings Q Club operates with a smart casual dress code.

5. Members who are intoxicated on arrival will not be permitted entry. Members found to be acting in an unacceptable manner will refused further alcoholic drinks.

6. Drug use will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Anyone found to be under the influence of drugs will be suspended. Anyone found to be taking drugs or in the possession of drugs will be barred and reported to the Police.

7. All equipment within the Club remains the property of The Maltings Q Club. Members are expected to treat all of the club's property with care.

COMPLAINTS

Members wishing to submit a complaint must do so either verbally or in writing to the Manager. Members subject to a complaint by another member, or a member of staff may have their membership suspended or revoked by the Management. All management decisions are final.

The Maltings Q Club reserves the right to dismiss the complaint, or to warn, suspend or expel members. Such decisions are made in the strictest confidence and no reason will be given for any decision. The Maltings Q Club will inform an expelled member in writing.

The Maltings Q Club reserves the right to update and amend these rules at any time.

The use of members data will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Members are not permitted to ask any employee to knowingly breach these guidelines.
